2 How We Use Your Information

• One-time processing: Your uploaded content is converted to base64 format and securely transmitted to third-party AI models (e.g., Google Gemini) strictly for generating the requested output.
• No storage: We do not store your uploaded images, videos, or generated results on our servers.
• User control: You are responsible for downloading and saving the generated result. If you do not download it, it may not be retrievable later.
• Technical logs: We only keep minimal call records (such as task ID, timestamp, status codes) for service monitoring. These logs contain no original content.

3 Sharing With Third Parties

To provide the service, your content may be encrypted and transmitted to third-party providers:

• Google Gemini – image/video understanding and generation
• OpenAI – image/video understanding and generation

We ensure third-party services only process your data as needed for functionality.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties, except:

• As required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• With your explicit consent.

4 Data Storage and Deletion

• Immediate deletion: Uploaded content is not stored on our servers and is removed automatically once the task is completed.
• No server backup: If you do not download the result, it cannot be recovered.
• User request: You may contact us via Apple to request deletion of technical call logs, which we will handle within a reasonable time.

5 Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with content, please contact us so we can delete it.
